We will be hosting a casual discussion type forum with 2-3 local abattoirs to share their knowledge with us. We will be discussing all aspects of getting your lamb to market and connecting with consumers. Topics will include lamb cutting options, pricing, reaching consumers, marketing, etc.
This is a working farm of one of our members, so to respect biosecurity on the host farm, as well as your own, please wear clothes and boots that are well cleaned to avoid the spread of any infectious diseases, and a foot bath will be provided at the entrance.
